BOOKING POLICY:

A CREDIT CARD MAY BE REQUIRED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.

CANCELLATION POLICY

WE ASK THAT YOU KINDLY GIVE US A 24 HOUR NOTICE IF YOU SHOULD NEED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. FALURE TO CONTACT US IN THIS TIME FRAME WILL RESULT IN A 50% CHARGE OF YOUR BOOKED SERVICES. A NO SHOW-NO CALL WILL RESULT IN 100% CHARGE OF YOUR BOOKED SERVICES.

LATE POLICY- IF YOU ARRIVE 15 MINUTES LATE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME MAY BE REDUCED AND YOUR SERVICE TIME MAY NEED TO BE ADJUSTED OR RESCHEDULED. ARRIVING LATER THAN 15 MINUTES IS CONSIDERED A CANCELLATION WITH NOTICE.

ALL SERVICES ARE NON REFUNDABLE UNUSED/UNOPENED PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AFTER 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE

THESE SERVIES REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME AND PRODUCT- A DEPOSIT AND CONSULTATION ARE REQUIRED BEFORE BOOKING THESE SERVICES. THE DEPOSIT WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR FINAL SERVICE TOTAL.

CLOTHING AND ITEM PROTECTION

WE OFFER COLOR ROBES AND WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR CLOTHES AND ITEMS SAFE. WE HAVE A PLACE TO HANG YOUR ITEMS SAFELY. OPALESCENCE HAIR & CO. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY STAINING OR DAMAGES TO CLOTHING OR PERSONAL ITEMS.
